From the ele lines...
There's 5 good skills.
[skill]shock[/skill][skill]grasping earth[/skill][skill]conjure flame[/skill][skill]conjure frost[/skill][skill]conjure lightning[/skill]
Shock is a multipurpose snare/interrupt, Grasping Earth is a snare, and the Conjures are damage buffs to make you even scarier.
Everything else is useless fluff and inferior to simply hitting things.
A few (PvP) builds off the top of me head...
[skill]eviscerate[/skill][skill]executioner's strike[/skill][skill]disrupting chop[/skill][skill]bull's strike[/skill][skill]shock[/skill][skill]frenzy[/skill][skill]rush[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]
12+1+1 Axe, 12+1 Strength, 3 Air
[skill]crippling slash[/skill][skill]gash[/skill][skill]sun and moon slash[/skill][skill]bull's strike[/skill][skill]conjure flame[/skill][skill]frenzy[/skill][skill]rush[/skill][skill]resurrection signet[/skill]
12+1+1 Sword, 8+1 Strength, 10 Fire
... and there was some hammer bar with Grasping Earth I can't remember right now.

Choose one of these and invest a few points into its attribute and your damage will skyrocket.

With the ridiculous aftercast on PBAOEs, you're much better off whacking your foe with your hammer a few times instead.

Just remember to take skills that help you with whatever your primary should be doing, in this case killing stuff in melee. So from the ele skills, look at things that increase your weapon damage (conjure flame, etc), or stop people/monsters from running/using skills (shock/other snares).

Yeah, these are pretty much the only good skills to use on a warrior. Although in PvE shock isn't that useful and grasping is only useful in HM where the enemies move faster. Aftershock sucks because it forces you to spec into earth, and with the aftercast you'll end up doing less damage with aftershock when you would with knockdown -> hit -> hit.

Since you're using a Sword with Flail, I assume that is PvE.
Why not go /P?
Enduring Harmony, more D-Slashes, more Brawling Headbutt, More SY, More Steelfang Slash.

Aftershock used to be run because people were obsessed with comboing it with hammer knockdowns - too obsessed to realize it sucked.

The only reason to bring Enduring Harmony in Brawling/Steelfang/Dslash is to get more SY by skipping Steelfang, and the only reason you'd want that is if your SY is only at 3 seconds. You don't get more Brawling or Steelfang out of Enduring.

If you're not using SY, (when you don't need the extra AL but still want the KD effect) you're getting a Brawling Headbutt every D-Slash. Steelfang you're not using under FGJ, but I find use of it while not under FGJ so you corrected me on that.
I only use Enduring Harmony on my FGJ, which I assume is what you are talking about. I like the extra 10 seconds of SY spam if I need it.
Maybe I read your post wrong. If I did, please correct me. Not really that great of a Warrior.

I found a good axe build that delt a surprising amount of damage, not quite equal of Dslash but about as close as an axe can come to sustained DPS.
[skill]"For Great Justice!"[/skill][skill]Whirling Axe[/skill][skill]Flail[/skill][skill]Conjure Lightning[/skill][skill]Dismember[/skill][skill]Executioner's Strike[/skill][skill]Disrupting Chop[/skill][skill]Wild Blow[/skill]
If you have access to GWEN then swapping disrupting chop for "I Am The Strongest!" will up the damage nicely.
DPS of the build tested out at 64(77 with PvE skill).

You don't want a Brawling Headbutt every Dslash, as using Brawling Headbutt on an enemy already knocked down does nothing in the KD department. Ideally you want a Brawling Headbutt right when your target is getting back up, which is after 3 hits with Stonefist. As normally you'd do Brawling->hit->Steelfang->Dslash->SY+hit, the only reason you want Enduring is to skip Steelfang for a bit, so you can do Brawling->hit->Dslash->SY+hit. If you have a human paragon, you don't need to bring SY, so skipping Steelfang becomes pointless - you just do Brawling->hit->Steelfang->Dslash.
I suppose bringing Enduring improves the knockdown time of Brawling if you're also bringing SY (so you only have 3 hits in the chain and not 4), but I couldn't care less if there's a small window of opportunity for PvE monsters. Your party has +100 AL and the enemy's down over 2/3 of the time, it's fairly hard to screw up at that point.

So basically the OP wants to know good skills/good bar for W/E, and you're telling him what used to be used (but sucked)? Gee, you're helpful.

Not quite equal is an understatement, a good Dslash build can easily reach 100 DPS.

Dslash is so hyped up, we need to find something better >.>
at OP: i assume you're playing pve since you are saying your are "switching over" from W/M (whatever M stands for) to W/E. The conjure spells are great, and since you are playing pve, any adjacent skill is nice to play around with.
Cantha missions are full of monsters, so I used to run a Triple Chop, Cyclone Axe, Inferno build (with a zealous axe). It was Cantha and it's pve, so I went what the heck.

Shock is fail in PvE but is pro in PvP
the only skill to bring out of the ele secondary in pve is conjure IMO. DO IT!
